2026 Artist-in-Residency Sharing
Join MOtiVE Brooklyn and Open Arts Studio in celebrating the 2026 MOtiVE FOR THE ARTISTS! Residency Program cohort: Amelia Reiser, Brooke Rucker, Emma Callis, Maho Ogawa, Marianna Perlstein, Michaela Esteban, Nadia Hannan, Shelby Green, Valentina Baché.

Studio Discounted Packages
We’re excited to announce that applications for our June–August 2026 discounted rental packages are now open! These packages are designed to support and nurture your creative work.
AVAILABLE PACKAGES
🌟 26 hours at $8/hour
🌟 18 hours at $10/hour
🌟 10 hours at $12/hour
*The packages will be available on a rolling basis, with booking available starting May 30 until all spots are filled.
*To offset card processing costs, there is also an 3.3% + $0.30 processing fee for each monthly package transaction.
*All packages are to be used within the chosen month.
Eligibility Criteria:
Artist working in movement-based practices
Artist based in New York City
Artist must commit to renting the number of hours indicated in their package within the month(s) they select.
Additional Benefits:
Free 2-hour production consultation to support your project planning and execution
Material storage during your designated time slots
Snacks available in the studio to keep you nourished while you work

It’s Time to Reconnect!
Join us for a relaxed evening of good company, drinks, and art.
We're hosting a MOtiVE Network Gathering, open not only to our artists but also to their guests. This is simply a chance to be together - no agenda, just community, music, snacks, and a casual drink in hand.
The evening will feature a solo exhibition by Sula Gordon, creating the perfect backdrop for conversation and connection.
$10 at the door helps us cover food and beverages.
Come hang out, it’ll be good vibes all around. We’d love to see you there!
