Hi there. I am Regina (they/she). I am a black, queer AF genderfluid person in their 40’s originally from Texas and living in Brooklyn, NY (on unceded Lenape territory) since 2004. I spent most of my life dancing–pursuing both a BFA (2004) and MFA (2006) in dance- before switching to a life devoted to spiritual practice in 2009. In 2014 I received a certification in Ayurveda from the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda followed by receiving my 200-hour yoga teacher training from Kripalu. In 2018 I was certified as a 300hr yoga teacher and I completed Breathwork Healer training with David Elliot in 2017.
